The sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages ends at the conclusion of play each day or 6 p.m., whichever comes first. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or taken out of tournament grounds, consumed in parking areas or taken on shuttle buses.

Open to the public Thursday – Sunday, the AutoZone Kids Zone is located on the 18th fairway and features games and activities for kids of all ages.

Open to the public Thursday – Sunday, the BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Family Zone is located on the 18th fairway and features diaper changing stations, nursing stations, kid-sized furniture, and a TV streaming the FedEx St. Jude Classic.

Only those spectators with TPC Southwind Clubhouse badges or Island Club tickets may enter the clubhouse. These tickets are available for purchase at stjudeclassic.com/tickets2018

A team of doctors, nurses and paramedics is on duty during the tournament. To receive medical attention while on the golf course, spectators may ask any volunteer carrying a radio for assistance or they may visit one of three locations.

  • The hospital trailer located on the east side of the clubhouse, outside the Tournament Office
  • The first aid trailer behind the 13th green
  • The Shelby County Sheriff’s Dept. Rescue Van located to the golfer’s left of the third fairway


Tournament gates open 7 a.m.-5 p.m. each day. All persons entering tournament grounds are required to enter at a tournament gate. Persons are forbidden from simply walking under the boundary ropes. Please keep in mind that ticket sales booths and check stands are not located at every walk-in gate. These are conveniently situated at locations around the property.

Birdies for the Brave and the FedEx St. Jude Classic allow all Active Duty, Military Reserve, National Guard, Military Retirees, and Veterans to purchase up to two (2) discounted tickets ($20 each) for each day of the tournament (Thursday – Sunday). Please click here to verify your service and purchase your tickets. Ticket printout will need to be brought to the tournament entry gate. *Discounted military tickets will not be available at entry gates.

Patriots’ Outpost presented by Coca-Cola
The Patriots’ Outpost presented by Coca-Cola, open Thursday – Sunday, is a hospitality tent reserved for military members. Complimentary soft drinks, water and snacks are provided. Additional food available for purchase. Military ID or ticket printout is required for entry, and military members may bring one guest into venue per day.

  • Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
  • Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week
  • Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
  • No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
  • Data use (e.g., texting, email, etc.) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
  • Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas
  • Please by respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
  • All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.
  • Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.

Spectators with disabilities receive free parking, green-side shuttle service and special seating at the tournament.

Complimentary parking will be made available at 8180 T&B Blvd.  This parking is for any vehicle displaying an official handicap license plate or placard.  Direct vehicular access to the clubhouse and course area is not permitted without a special tournament parking pass available only with the purchase of certain ticket packages.

A specially-equipped shuttle van will carry mobility-impaired spectators between the parking lot and the TPC Southwind Clubhouse area. Volunteers will provide personal assistance at the parking lot, clubhouse drop-off area and designated on-course seating area. Inside this area, a level area for wheelchairs will be available, as well as chairs for partially-impaired spectators. Companions are welcome.

Cart transportation to and from the seating area and the TPC Southwind Clubhouse entrance are included in this service.

Drinking water will be available in this area with concession stands located nearby.  Specially-equipped portable restroom facilities will be located within 50 yards of the Mobility-Impaired seating area.

These services will be available Wednesday through Sunday (June 6-10) from 7 a.m. until 30 minutes after play each day.

For those attending the FedEx St. Jude Classic who have not been issued a special parking permit, the daily-fee parking lot (Lot C) is located on Winchester, two miles east of Hacks Cross Road, across from the entrance to Windyke Country Club. A $20 per vehicle fee is collected at the lot entrance. Week-Long passes for this lot are available for $45 at www.stjudeclassic.com/tickets2018.

Shuttle buses are used to provide fast, efficient transportation to the course from all official off-course parking lots.

TPC Southwind is located just north of the corner of Winchester Road and Hacks Cross Road in southeast Shelby County. This is just east of the Memphis city limits and south of Germantown city limits. To get custom directions to the tournament, see the Google Map on the Contact Us page. Those unfamiliar with Memphis should take Interstate 240 to Bill Morris Parkway (Exit 16 — Highway 385); take the Bill Morris Parkway east to Winchester. From there, take Winchester east one mile to Hacks Cross Road.

Spectators entering the grounds with OneDay tickets will have their ticket scanned at the entry gate. Those wishing to leave the grounds and return later that same day should obtain a pass from the gate guards before leaving.

If officials become aware of the potential for threatening weather conditions, a warning symbol will appear on the electronic scoreboards. When this warning appears, spectators are strongly urged to take precautions and seek shelter. The safest place to be is in a vehicle. Spectators parked at satellite parking lots should take into consideration the time it takes to catch a shuttle bus back to those lots.

If the siren sounds suspending play, put down your umbrella and seek shelter immediately. Avoid the following: bleachers, hilltops or high places, open fields, bodies of water, metal or wire fences, trees, telephone poles or golf carts.
